Director Shauna Causy has not completed her ECE certificate or equivalent. Assistant Director Tiffany Kaw has not completed her ECE certificate or equivalent. She also needs to complete Orientation and First Aid according to MERIT. Lead Teacher Melissa needs to complete her Initial and Short Certificates, 30 hour child care basics, TB Test, CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Permit, and Blood Borne Pathogen training according to MERIT. Shila needs High School diploma or equivalent sent to MERIT for verification, ECE Initial Certificate, TB Test, CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Permit, and Blood Borne Pathogen training according to MERIT. Jordan Ashworth is not yet connected to your facility but MERIT shows she needs to submit her HS diploma and any college work to MERIT, TB test, First Aid, CPR, Blood Borne Pathogen training and needs Child Care Basics as well as ECE Initial and Short Certificates.
